Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dynamics Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications with various systems and platforms.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions that meet our business needs.This role requires a problem-solver with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, API development, and data integration principles.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (i.e., ERP, CRM, legacy systems, cloud services).

- Utilize various integration tools and technologies, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, SSIS, and custom API development.

- Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation processes.

- Create and maintain integration documentation, including design specifications, technical documentation, and test plans.

- Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs for data exchange.

- Implement security measures for API integrations, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance and availability.

- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, and business rules to support integration requirements.

- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and client-side scripting to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality.

- Ensure adherence to Dynamics 365 best practices and coding standards.

- Plan and execute data migration and synchronization projects between Dynamics 365 and other systems.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency during migration and synchronization processes.

- Troubleshoot data migration and synchronization issues.

- Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.

- Identify and resolve integration defects and performance issues.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 integration development.

- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and its integration capabilities.

- Strong experience with API development (REST, SOAP).

- Experience with integration tools and technologies, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, SSIS, and custom API development.

- Experience with data migration and synchronization tools and techniques.

- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Experience with plugin and workflow development.

- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and integration patterns.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Knowledge of Azure cloud platform.
