What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day Superpowers)
1 Team Collaboration:
- Work with Photo & Video Teams to plan and execute stunning shoots.
- Partner with Creative & Digital Creators to brainstorm and deliver engaging content.
- Liaise with Vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets and services.
- Coordinate with Showrooms & Clients to align campaigns with their needs.
- Collaborate with Inventory & Factory Teams to ensure product availability for campaigns.
2 Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage a centralised content calendar, mapping out posts, campaigns, and key milestones.
- Align campaigns with business objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
3 Content Oversight:
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and guidelines.
- Approve final drafts of social media posts and maintain a digital asset repository for easy access.
4 Social Media Management:
- Post, monitor, and engage on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Respond to messages and comments promptly to foster community engagement.
5 Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Prepare detailed reports with insights, successes, and recommendations for improvement.
6 Process Optimisation:
- Create workflows to streamline communication and reduce turnaround times.
- Document and implement best practices for social media campaign management.
Who You Are (Our Dream Candidate):
- Experience: 3-5 years in social media coordination or project management roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Trello.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: You're as comfortable brainstorming innovative ideas as you are analysing data to improve campaigns.
- Organised Multitasker: You can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
- Great Communicator: Clear and collaborative with diverse teams and stakeholders.
