The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with Australian tax expertise to join us in-office in Ahmedabad. This role requires hands-on Australian experience at a Senior Accountant level, and you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and tax services directly aligned to Australian standards. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Accountant, you will: Prepare and review Financial Statements for Australian entities in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.Prepare and review Individual, Company, Trust, and Partnership income Tax ReturnsPrepare Business Activity Statements (BAS), Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), and GST ReportingManage workpaper files, ensuring reconciliations and supporting documentation are complete and accurateReview and provide feedback on the work of intermediate accountants and junior team membersResearch and resolve Australian tax and accounting issues, applying legislation and ATO rulingsLiaise with client managers to clarify requirements, deliver accurate outputs, and ensure deadlines are metIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency and qualitySupport client advisory services, including cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting tasks where requiredWhat We're Looking For Must have prior Australian Accounting and Tax Experience equivalent to a Senior Accountant roleStrong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and Taxation legislationProficiency with relevant accounting software (e.G., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, HandiTax, or similar)Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with offshore teamsLeadership potential to mentor and guide less experienced team members Why Join Us Become part of TOA Global's First & Pioneer Team in India - a historic launch where your contributions will shape our successWork with the largest Offshore Accounting Talent Solutions Provider to Global Accounting firmsLearn directly from senior accountants while building your Australian Tax and Accounting expertiseCompetitive salary and career progression opportunitiesProfessional, in-office work environment designed for collaboration and growth How to Apply If you're an experienced Australian Tax Professional ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
