We're Hiring | Trainer Positions (GeM / Audit) – Maharashtra

Leadtech Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and experienced trainers to conduct district-level, in-person capacity-building workshops for manufacturing MSMEs under the Government-supported RAMP initiative.

We're inviting professionals with domain expertise in:

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal Training

  Self-Assessment & Audit Process Optimization for MSMEs

Work Location: Across various districts in Maharashtra

  Compensation: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month (based on experience)

  Travel & logistics: Covered as per project norms

  Marathi fluency: Strongly preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of relevant training or consulting experience

Deep knowledge of GeM operations or MSME audit frameworks

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
