Position: LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach Manager Location: On-site Experience: 1–3 years (minimum) Industry: Digital Marketing / IT Services / Real Estate / Branding We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Manager who can handle LinkedIn Ads, build meaningful connections with high-net-worth individuals, CEOs, founders, and decision-makers, and create high-quality business content that strengthens our brand presence. Key Responsibilities 1. LinkedIn Ads Management Plan, create, and optimize LinkedIn Sponsored Ads, Lead Gen Ads, and Message Ads. Monitor performance, improve targeting, and ensure high-quality lead generation. Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports. 2. High-Value Networking & Outreach Connect with rich audiences, CEOs, directors, investors, and top-level professionals. Build strong relationship funnels through personalized messaging. Manage inbound & outbound communication for business partnerships. 3. LinkedIn Profile & Page Growth Grow company and founder LinkedIn pages organically. Handle profile optimization, branding, and updates. Increase followers, engagement, and visibility. 4. Content Creation & Strategy Create professional LinkedIn posts, carousels, articles, and thought-leadership content. Collaborate with the design team for creatives. Plan monthly LinkedIn content calendars for business positioning. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, leads, CPC, and engagement rate. Share insights and suggest improvements. Required Skills Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager. Experience in B2B outreach and connecting with high-value audiences. Excellent written English skills for professional content writing. Understanding of business, branding, and corporate communication. Ability to research industries and create content accordingly. Basic knowledge of Canva or design coordination is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT services, real estate, branding, or marketing agency. Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
