Extension Architecture is one of the leading residential Architecture & Planning practices in London. We are a small group of designers and thinkers who specialise in home extensions, planning applications, building regulation drawings, interior design, project management, and contract administration. We are seeking a skilled Architectural Visualiser to join our dynamic team.

Your role will be instrumental in assisting the project manager with the following tasks.

  • Develop accurate and detailed tender packing (construction drawings) using auto cad
  • Create high-quality 3D models using Revit and SketchUp
  • Produce realistic renders using D5 Render and Enscape is a must.
  • Proficiency and creative expertise in ArchiCAD for kitchen design is a plus
  • Provide Interior Design drawing production and other project-related design deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of design presentations, including renderings and visualisations and internal elevations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the project team, assisting with project setup, file management, and model archiving.
  • Completion of each objective of accurate interior and tender drawings and coordination of structural and building regulation documents. 
  • Maintain and produce designs that comply with the relevant regulations, company procedures, and company standards to guarantee that consistency and quality of deliverables are maintained.
  • Understand drawing programs, schedules, and design checklists.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior design (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in Autocad, Revit, and Sketchup.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
