Your work will span front-end (web/mobile), back-end, infrastructure, and quality assurance, ensuring seamless integration of best practices for UX, scalability, and DevOps. For more information, please visit our website at .Key Responsibilities:- Architect a modular, cross-platform framework supporting web (React, Angular) and mobile (React Native, Flutter) front-ends, coupled with scalable back-end services (Node.js, Python, Go).- Embed tools for consistent UI/UX, state management, and performance optimization across devices.- Design abstractions for databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations.- Define CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK) to automate deployments.- Optimize cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) for cost, scalability, and reliability.- Integrate testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium) and observability tools (Prometheus, New Relic) to enforce code quality.- Partner with QA teams to bake compliance (GDPR, SOC2) and security (OWASP) into the development lifecycle.- Curate documentation, templates, and CLI tools to reduce onboarding friction.- Foster a feedback loop with engineers to refine the framework’s usability and utility.- Advise clients on MVP trade-offs between speed, scalability, and user experience.- Research emerging trends (AI/ML tooling, serverless patterns) to future-proof the framework.Skills and Qualifications:- 10+ years building and scaling web/mobile apps (front-end + back-end) and databases.- Hands-on with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud infrastructure.- Proven experience integrating testing, monitoring, and security into development workflows.- Led framework/tooling initiatives that improved team velocity or product quality.- Strong communicator who bridges engineering, product, and client stakeholders.- Pragmatic balancer of “ship fast” vs. “build right.”- Empathy for developer pain points and end-user experiences.Perks:- Own the Stack: Shape a framework used by teams worldwide to turn ideas into impact.- Cutting-Edge Tech: Experiment with generative AI, edge computing, and low-code tools.- Growth: Lead workshops, mentor engineers, and publish open-source tools.- Tools: A dedicated Apple MacBook (Apple silicon-based) will be provided during your employment.- Exposure: Get an opportunity to work with Japanese teammates.- Amenities: Enjoy free snacks & beverages at the office.- Flexibility: Benefit from flexible work hours and an informal dress code.- Work Week: A 5-day workweek schedule
