Required Skills & Experience

* Software education or skills required,

  • 2+ years in community outreach, public health, medical research coordination, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and basic social media promotion.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication in English + Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Based in Mumbai, India, our work spans both consumer apps and partnerships with healthcare providers.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Medical AI Data & Outreach Coordinator  to lead participant recruitment, manage image data collection, and execute online campaigns to source high-quality facial images for AI model training.

This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, India , requiring both field visits and online outreach.

Key Responsibilities 1. Participant Recruitment
  • Identify and recruit participants through clinics, community health workers, patient groups, and online channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, dermatologists, and health networks for patient referrals.
  • Guide volunteers through the image submission process.
2. Consent & Compliance
  • Clearly explain the project's purpose to participants and obtain proper written consent (image rights, diagnosis confirmation, data usage).
  • Maintain organized consent records for legal and ethical compliance.
3. Image Collection Oversight
  • Ensure images meet project quality standards (lighting, resolution, angles).
  • Coordinate in-person photography sessions or guided selfie submissions .
  • Label and tag images with condition type, skin tone, and metadata.
4. Digital Recruitment Campaigns
  • Create and run Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns targeting people with relevant medical conditions or interests.
  • Join and post in online communities (Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, Reddit) to promote participation.
  • Collaborate with designers to maintain a landing page for sign-up and submissions.
5. Data Management
  • Organize and securely store image files in cloud systems.
  • Work with the AI team to upload and prepare images for training datasets.
  • Maintain recruitment and performance tracking reports.
Preferred Background
  • Experience in clinical trial coordination , medical NGO work , or field data collection .
  • Healthcare network connections (dermatology, endocrinology, general medicine).
  • Experience running online awareness campaigns.
