Position : SAP Callidus Location : Remote (PAN India) Experience : 6-13 Years Budget : As per industry standards Work Mode: Remote Interview Mode: Virtual Interview (2 Rounds) Notice Period : Immediate Joiner / 15 Days Job Description: We are looking for a detail oriented and technically skilled SAP APMe Callidus ICM with Advanced workflow skillset and groovy scripting skillset. This role will focus on ongoing enhancements maintaining configuring and enhancing SAP APMe ICM systems while streamlining workflows to ensure accurate commission payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP APM knowledge of US healthcare domain knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Manage and configure SAP Callidus APM system Design and optimize broker agency onboarding using workflows within the ICM system for broker integration to SAP APM systems and other external systems Experience in groovy scripting Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to gather requirements implement and provide technical solutions Perform ongoing changes to APM systems as per the business needs Troubleshoot and resolve SAP APM system issues and workflow issues Knowledge of API programming within SAP Advanced workflow is a plus Document system configurations changes and process flows for compliance and knowledge sharing Support testing, training and change management initiatives
