We are Hiring for SAAS Startup in Noida Location.Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and leads. - Manage Sustainiam’s digital presence across website, email, social media, and newsletters. - Lead content creation, including blogs, thought leadership, case studies, and product content. - Plan and organize online and offline events such as product launches, panels, workshops, andsustainability meetups. - Produce podcast series featuring industry experts, team members, and thought leaders. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies. - Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging. - Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaigns and creative assets. - Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends. - Maintain a consistent and bold brand narrative across all touchpoints.Requirements - 4–6 years of experience in marketing and content roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or product-basedcompanies. - Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, content marketing, and analytics. - Hands-on experience managing campaigns, content pipelines, and event planning. - Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. - Familiarity with podcast production tools and event coordination is a plus. - Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices. - Passion for climate tech and sustainability is highly desirable.
