We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team at Mevrick Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection of physical cartons from respective departments or customer representatives.
  • Preparing documents by removing staples, pins, paperclips, and other binding materials.
  • Scanning documents and saving outputs according to customer requirements using the provided PCs/Laptops.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive documents with care.
  • Restapling or rebinding documents in their original form and returning them to the respective officials.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Higher Secondary education.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
  • Familiarity with scanning and document handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
