Experience: 3+ Years

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or a related role, with a deep understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and process optimization across various industries.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions, system integrations, and cloud platforms; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business users, developers, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model and analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization, proposing actionable solutions for business performance enhancement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirement documents, user stories, and workflows.
  • Drive Agile processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution, while managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve business challenges, ensuring thorough testing and validation of solutions before deployment.
  • Contribute to business process design and create training materials to support smooth system adoption and process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution, addressing stakeholder needs and aligning solutions with business objectives.
