This role blends platformexpertise with knowledge of workflows and content supply chains, while leveraging AI andGenAI to automate processes and accelerate delivery. It ensures seamless integrationacross enterprise systems, drives adoption through training and change leadership, anddelivers data-driven insights for smarter planning and execution.Stay updated on marketing operations trends and AI-driven efficiency. Suggest new ideas and tools to improve results.Turn marketing and business needs into easy-to-use Workfront structures anddelivery frameworks that support governance and speed.Set up and optimize Workfront and its integrations (Creative Cloud, AEM, Fusion,GenStudio) to make processes faster and more transparent. Connect Workfront with other enterprise systems for smooth flow of briefs, assets,and insights.Find ways to simplify, automate, and standardize processes across teams to savetime and improve efficiency.Track how Workfront is used, improve workflows, and create dashboards that giveleaders clear performance insights. Work closely with marketing, PMO, and digital teams to make sure Workfrontsupports business goals and builds trust across the delivery chain.Provide training and guidance so teams feel confident and consistent in usingWorkfront.
