ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change Management, Functional Knowledge of SAP FICO/MM/SD/PP/QM/EHS/LE/PM ,ITIL certification, Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems, SM35.Project contextWe are seeking a six month to 2 years experience SAP functional technician that will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and support of SAP users. This role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, escalation and performing Non-regression test.24x7 - This role demands to work in monthly rotational shift (Follow the Sun hours (US, EU, Asia) adaptation) Objectives of this roleProvide level 1 support in the areas of SAP with basic knowledge of transaction codesProvide technical support, training and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP.Should be able to monitor the SAP jobs in SM35, SM35 and Idoc processing etcBasic bug fix and troubleshooting of failed jobsRe-run of the jobs which are ended up in errorCollaborate with clients to make them understand of SM and level 1 activitiesPerform Non regression testing during the monthly releases.
