**Key Responsibilities:**

### Process

  • Lead and drive assigned customer accounts to effectively manage operational efficiencies.
  • Spearhead teams to achieve agreed SLA/metrics by optimal use of resources and review of action plans.
  • Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues, and client feedback to ideate and implement frameworks addressing these areas.
  • Partner closely with technology teams to deploy and implement products/workflow engines driving best operational outcomes.

### People

  • Consistently demonstrate company values and lead by example.
  • Create a congenial and productive work environment with high employee satisfaction.
  • Develop effective people engagement strategies to deliver industry-wide lowest attrition numbers.

### Client

  • Stay updated on regulations, statutory changes, and client market mandates impacting business.
  • Travel quarterly to meet key client stakeholders and drive Quarterly Business Reviews.

### Financial

  • Partner with market leaders to achieve revenue and growth budgets for the Multi-Specialty Division.
  • Oversee meeting/exceeding EBIDTA and margin targets for this division.
  • Liaise with farming organization to drive same-store sales growth strategy.

**Requirements:

* Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)

* 18+ years of overall work experience (15+ years in healthcare RCM space)

* Proven track record of sustained margin growth and target achievement

* Strong understanding of billing systems (e.g., NG, EPIC, ECW, Athena)

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
