Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Forex Card business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Sales strategy, expanding market reach, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maximizing revenue. The primary focus of this role will be on building scale in sales and demand generation through FFMCs (Full-Fledged Money Changers), corporate clients, and other B2B channels. This role demands a deep understanding of forex markets, prepaid cards, customer needs, and evolving payment trends.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a robust strategy for the Forex Card business, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Sales & Demand Generation: Drive sales expansion by building strong relationships with FFMCs, corporate clients, and other B2B channels to scale business growth.

• Revenue & Profitability: Drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and maximize profitability through effective cost management.

• Customer Experience: Ensure superior customer experience through efficient onboarding, usage benefits, and issue resolution.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all RBI and FEMA regulations, mitigating risks related to forex transactions.

• Partnerships & Alliances: Establish and manage key relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintech players, and international networks.

• Technology & Digital Transformation: Work closely with product and tech teams to provide feedback and integrate digital innovations, including mobile wallets and app-based forex solutions

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine strategy.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to drive business growth.
Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in forex, prepaid cards, banking, or fintech.

• Strong knowledge of RBI, FEMA, and international forex regulations.

• Proven track record of growing a forex or card-based business.

• Deep understanding of corporate and retail forex needs.

• Expertise in digital payments, cross-border transactions, and fintech innovations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
