Role:

  • Build credibility & trust about the BNK group during the initial client meetings.
  • The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for making drawings for high end luxury residential & hospitality projects. space planning, creating construction drawings, and overseeing construction.
  • Conceptualize & develop designs understanding clients' liking, preferences & requirements, by adhering to the budgets & timelines of the projects.
  • The Senior Interior Designer will also be responsible for managing the team, working with vendors and suppliers, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Job description:

  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified Senior interior designer who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD specific to the Residential and Hospitality turnkey projects for HNI clients .
  • This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
  • This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Create plans and drawings which clearly outline interior design of project.
  • Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
  • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the clients to understand their requirements & preferences.
  • Develop concepts & designs related to Residential and Hospitality projects that fulfill the clients' expectations & appeal to them.
  • Create presentations, mood-boards & conduct the presentations to the clients.
  • Seek clients' acceptance & approval on the design.
  • Define the standard design formats & ensure implementation of the same.
  • Work closely with the Contracts team to carry out value engineering for improving the design and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design.
  • Must be willing to handle interior designing of healthcare projects also.
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience with Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
