What are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our core product team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building responsive, performant, and user-friendly user interfaces. This role focuses on designing and implementing the core frontend of the Qiro platform, collaborating closely with backend, smart contract, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Development: Own the end-to-end development of Qiro’s user interface using React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks. Translate complex workflows (e.G., lending, borrowing, on-chain interactions) into intuitive and elegant designs.
  • Frontend Architecture: Help shape the architecture of our frontend codebase to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Lead component library development and contribute to design system consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with backend and smart contract engineers to integrate APIs and SDKs into the frontend. Participate in product discussions to influence the roadmap based on frontend constraints and opportunities.
  • Testing & Optimization: Ensure the application is robust and stable with unit/integration tests (e.G., Jest, Testing Library) and actively profile and optimize frontend performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience building modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with designers or work with Figma mockups.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, Node.Js, and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience using modern frontend tooling—Vite, Tailwind, Zustand, etc.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and well-tested code.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on a Web3 or DeFi product.
  • Familiarity with wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and blockchain data fetching in the frontend using tools like ethers.Js, wagmi, or viem.
  • Familiarity with Zod, Drizzle ORM, and subgraphs (The Graph).
  • Previous experience in financial products or data-heavy dashboards.
  • Experience contributing to or creating frontend design systems.
