Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Configuration : Configure, customize, and implement the ServiceNow HRSD module, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Knowledge Base, and HR Tickets.

- Integration : Work on integrating HRSD with other ServiceNow modules, third-party systems, and HRIS systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.

- Business Process Optimization : Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement automation and streamline business processes related to HR services (onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, etc.).

- Customization & Scripting : Develop and deploy ServiceNow HRSD customizations, including scripting, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational needs.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal system downtime.

- Training & Documentation : Develop user training materials, conduct end-user training, and provide documentation on ServiceNow HRSD processes and configurations.

- Reporting & Analytics : Create and maintain HRSD reports and dashboards to measure performance and improve decision-making.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with HR teams, business users, and IT departments to gather requirements, provide system solutions, and ensure successful deployments.

- Best Practices : Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, including security protocols, governance, and change management procedures.
