Output: Managing their productivity & work output.● Customer experience & relationship management. Output: Design NPS (cx rating)● Training designers on technical details (wherever required) and managing/ leading designdiscussions.Qualification:● 3+ Years experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager● Led and delivered minimum 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end projectmanagement)● Bachelors Qualification:B.Arch , B.Interior Design● Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA, Design Management
