Job Title: Tech Lead – Python Full Stack Developer (AI & SaaS) Experience: 4+ years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong Python Full Stack expertise to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-powered SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading small teams, architecting cloud-based products, and integrating AI models into production-grade applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven SaaS products using modern full-stack technologies. Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). Build and optimize responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines. Manage code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control. Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices. Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).  Technical Skills Programming: Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI), JavaScript (React / Angular / Vue) Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions) AI Integration: Knowledge of APIs, model deployment, OpenAI/LLM integrations preferred Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab Other Tools: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Microservices architecture   Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI or ML-based SaaS products. Exposure to data processing, NLP, or predictive analytics. Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
