Network Operations EngineerLocation: Bangalore | Immediate joiners (0–10 days) preferredExperience: 6–9 Years | Level: Senior Associate (SA) | Notice: 0–10 DaysAbout the Role:We are hiring a Network Operations Engineer to monitor, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role includes proactive monitoring, incident triage, coordination with L2/L3 teams, and maintaining operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Monitor network devices, links, and critical services; respond to incidents within SLAs.Escalate unresolved issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for RFO.Conduct routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.Maintain ITSM records (ServiceNow/Remedy), SOPs, runbooks, and KB articles.Ensure compliance with security policies during troubleshooting and configuration tasks.Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field.6–9 years in Network Operations/NOC.Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching.Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent devices.Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools.Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, wireless APs.Strong communication and cross-team coordination.
