Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing various SEO strategies to improve our clients' organic search rankings and drive website traffic. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
  • Conduct in-depth website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, schema markup).
  • Develop and execute on-page optimization strategies, including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, heading tags, and content.
  • Manage off-page optimization efforts, including link building, local SEO, and online reputation management.
  • Create and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals and target audience interests.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others.
  • Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure a holistic approach to digital strategy.
  • Assist in competitive analysis to identify competitors' strategies and opportunities.

Experience:

6 to 1 Year of work experience required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Associate or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine ranking factors and core SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics or other SEO platforms are a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
