You’ll be leading a small team of developers, ensuring code quality, mentoring members, and driving technical decisions that shape the product.If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys a mix of hands-on coding and leadership, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities Lead development of scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, design, QA — to deliver seamless user experiences.Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance.Oversee code reviews, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement long-term solutions.Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.What You'll Bring5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong backend and frontend expertise.Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.Proven team-handling or mentoring experience, ability to guide junior developers and lead sprints.Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership.Good To HaveExperience with microservices architecture or serverless frameworks.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Redis.Exposure to Next.js or GraphQL.Prior experience in a SaaS or product-based environment.Why Join UsLead impactful projects and influence technical direction.Work with a collaborative, fast-moving team that values innovation.Competitive pay and growth opportunities.Flexible and learning-oriented work culture.
