Company Description Stainless Bolt Industries Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and trader of high-quality stainless steel fasteners, including bolts, nuts, screws, threaded rods, studs, and washers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and facilitating sales-related tasks. Responsibilities include handling client communications, providing information about products and services, preparing quotes, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order processing. The role also involves maintaining organized records and assisting with periodic sales reports. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and provide support Sales acumen with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, track sales activities, and maintain records efficiently Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, and other sales-related technology is preferred Bachelor's degree is advantageous Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is beneficial Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Send cv on watsapp: Akshat agarwal
