We are seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter with 4+years overall in IT staffing services and at least 2 years of experience in Deloitte Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions preference is to have experience in Deloitte hiring.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, focusing on C2H hiring
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry hiring trends
  • Experience using job portals (Naukri, Monster, , etc.) and ATS systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
