We are hiring Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer with Shyam Future Tech for Kolkata ( HO) locationJob Title: Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack)Developer to work with the development of scalable web applications. You will be responsiblefor designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js,React, and Node.js. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deepunderstanding of modern web technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using theMERN stack.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, andother developers.Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existingsystems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in MERN stack.Strong proficiency in:o MongoDB – schema design, aggregation, performance tuning.o Express.js – middleware, routing, API development.o React.js – hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), componentlifecycle.o Node.js – asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to microservices architecture.Job Location : Kolkata.Employment Type: Permanent.
