We are currently looking to hire a SAP BW with ABAP / CDS & ODS Consultant This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.

Experience: 12+ years

Work Location: India ( Remote)

Contract Period: 6 months, extendable

Shift : 6.30 am to 3.30 pm IST

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data models and pipelines in SAP Datasphere.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP sources using Data Provisioning and Federation tools.
• Develop views and data layers using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Understand stakeholder data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement data governance, security, and privacy using SAP Datasphere capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) per business requirements.
• Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and external databases.
• Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate across IT, business analysts, and data architects.
• Implement SAC planning scenarios and remediation for S/4HANA.
• Apply BDC (Batch Data Communication) techniques, preferably with certification.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Datasphere: data modeling, spaces, and data flows.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud: story building, planning, live data connections.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA data sources.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and data integration.
• Robust SQL skills and data transformation logic capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ideally an engineering graduate.
• Technical ABAP experience including AMDP, CDS view creation, ODP, BAdIs.
• Expertise in HANA-specific features like Calculation Views and fine-tuning function module extractors during migrations.
• Knowledge of ADSOs (Advanced DataStore Objects), Composite Providers, and ODS Views.
