Job Title: Sr. Delivery Director Skills : Intelligent Automation, RPA, Low-code Experience: 15+ years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Sr. Delivery Director-IA with the following skillset: Candidates with 18+ years of delivery experience in large organizations. Should have a demonstrated track record of outstanding success leading cross-functional multi-site delivery teams. We should have referenceable experience in managing large business teams. We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to execute seamlessly. The role demands strong hold on delivery excellence initiatives including creating highly performing teams, ability to set up large delivery units including shared services and transformation units. The candidate should be highly resilient, should be able to manage ambiguity and should have the ability to manage multiple moving parts with agility. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing delivery and P&L responsibility for the account. Candidate must have a technical background in Intelligent Automation tools like Automation Anywhere (AA), UIPath and/or Blue Prism. Good to have knowledge on Python and low-code automation tools like Power Platform, Outsystems etc. Must have experience setting up and leading a large automation CoE in IA tools like AA, UIPath etc. Define a compelling vision for delivery and service offerings by forming a comprehensive understanding of client, users and business objectives. Leveraging the best-in-class delivery practices and solutions to add real value for clients and drive growth Provide guidance from Delivery on solution enhancements or new proposal construct. Maintaining industry exposure to allow self and team to dynamically consult with customers regarding successful solution deployment strategies and best practices. Accountable for revenue realization to operate at a committed margin. Ensure engagement, profitability and customer satisfaction. Establish effective governance with senior leaders of customer team
