Job Title: Odoo DeveloperExperience: 3–4 YearsLocation: AhmedabadEmployment Type: Full-time (On-site)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules, with a solid understanding of business processes and technical best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy new Odoo modules and custom functionalities.Customize and maintain existing Odoo modules based on business requirements.Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo performance and code quality.Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.Participate in code reviews and maintain version control (Git).Prepare technical documentation for developed features and solutions.Support upgrades and migrations between Odoo versions.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.3–4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 or above).Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.Experience with Odoo ORM, API integration, and module development.Familiarity with Linux environments and server deployment.Understanding of business flows like Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Purchase.Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Good to HaveExperience with Odoo.sh or Docker deployments.Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Vue/OWL).Contribution to Odoo Community or open-source projects.Certification or proven expertise in Odoo Enterprise editions.
