Operational Shift/Training Shift:

Shift timings: 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), covering 6.30 pm to 6.30 am Indian Standard Time (IST). Flexibility is expected to match business needs.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with excellent communication skills and a background in Customer Service or Calling.

Key Competencies:
  • Manage large volumes of inbound calls efficiently.
  • Follow established communication scripts for handling different topics.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors or relevant teams when necessary.

  • Attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance.
