Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Jagatpura Apparel Park, Jaipur (On-site)

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) | 1-hour lunch break

Additional Perks: Commission on successful brand deals

Job Description:

We are looking for two highly motivated and creative Brand Managers to oversee content strategy, brand collaborations, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for branding, experience in content planning, and a strong network for brand partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content curation, and influencer/brand outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to enhance brand identity and engagement.- iPhone Shoots & Content Creation: Assist in brand-specific shoots using iPhone, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the brand's aesthetic.- Brand Growth & Engagement: Identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and market positioning.- Brand Collaborations: Research, pitch, and establish partnerships with relevant brands for joint marketing and promotions.- Soft PR & Influencer Marketing: Execute soft PR activities, reaching out to micro-influencers, content creators, and relevant brand ambassadors to drive organic visibility.- Campaign Execution: Oversee marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.- Trend Analysis & Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities to refine branding strategies.- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and provide insights to optimise future efforts.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 1.5 years in branding, marketing, or social media management.- Creativity & Strategy: Ability to ideate and execute innovative brand marketing strategies.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with content planning tools, Instagram Insights, and influencer outreach techniques.- Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain brand collaborations.- Work Ethic: Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Location: Must be based in Jaipur and willing to commute daily to Jagatpura Apparel Park.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.- Commission-based earnings on successful brand deals.- Opportunity to work with multiple brands in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.- Office perks including snacks and drinks.

Important Notes:

- This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not an option.- Location: Please ensure you can commute daily to Jagatpura Apparel Park, Jaipur before applying.
