Job Title: AI Trainer Location: RemoteDepartment: Learning & DevelopmentEmployment Type: 6-Month Contract, with potential for extensionAbout the RoleMYCPEONE seeking a practical and engaging AI Trainer to help our staff and teams learn how to use AI tools effectively in their day-to-day accounting and business workflows. The trainer will deliver hands-on learning sessions that build AI literacy and enable staff to apply AI for tasks such as prompt engineering, data analysis, and tax research, among others.The ideal candidate will be able to contextualize AI concepts and tools for accounting, audit, tax, and advisory functions—helping our teams adopt AI confidently and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging training sessions on practical AI applications, including:Prompt engineering and effective use of AI chatbots and assistantsAI-powered data analysis for accounting and financial reportingAI-assisted tax research and compliance supportAdditional sessions as designed by the L&D team and department leadsCustomize and deliver AI learning modules relevant to each department’s needs.Translate technical AI concepts into simple, actionable workflows for accounting professionals.Provide real-world examples and hands-on exercises using AI tools.Support post-training adoption by mentoring teams and troubleshooting AI-related queries.Stay current with emerging AI tools, especially those applicable to accounting and professional services.Collaborate with L&D and department heads to continuously refine and improve training programs.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience in AI training, data analytics training, or technology enablement.Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.Familiarity with accounting and tax workflows in a professional services environment.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics.Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for emerging technology adoption.
