WordPress Developer (Multi-Platform Web Developer)Location: Sector 2, Noida (On-site)Experience: 3–6 yearsCompany: Website Pandas – AI & Performance-Driven Digital AgencyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a strong WordPress Developer who can build, customize, and maintain high-quality websites across WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.This is not a “plugin installer” or “page-builder-only” role.You will work on production websites for U.S. and international clients, collaborating with SEO strategists, designers, and performance teams. The role requires technical depth, problem-solving ability, and clean execution.If you understand how websites should be built for performance, scalability, and SEO, this role will suit you well.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize WordPress websites (themes, templates, custom functionality)Work with Shopify for storefront customization, theme edits, and basic app integrationsBuild and maintain Webflow websites with clean structure and responsive designCustomize existing themes and, where required, develop custom componentsHandle site performance optimization, security basics, and best practicesImplement SEO-friendly structures (clean URLs, schema readiness, CWV awareness)Debug issues related to plugins, themes, hosting, and third-party integrationsCoordinate with SEO, design, and content teams for smooth executionMaintain staging/live workflows and follow deployment best practicesMandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)Apply only if you meet all of the following:3–6 years of hands-on experience in WordPress developmentStrong experience with:WordPress (core, themes, plugins)Shopify (theme customization, Liquid basics)Webflow (CMS, responsive builds)Good working knowledge of:PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScriptMySQL and WordPress database basicsExperience customizing themes (not only using Elementor / WPBakery)Understanding of performance optimization and security fundamentalsStrong English comprehension and communication skillsComfortable working full-time from our Noida Sector 2 officeWe are looking for developers, not just site assemblers.Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience building custom WordPress themes or pluginsFamiliarity with REST APIs or third-party integrationsExperience with Git / version controlExperience working with U.S. or international clientsAwareness of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization techniquesWhy Join Website PandasWork on real, production-grade websitesExposure to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and other modern stacksCollaborative environment with SEO and strategy teamsClear expectations, clean processes, and quality-driven workProfessional on-site office environment in Noida Sector 2
