This role is remote, with the candidate based in India.

What’s the role about?

We are expanding our bootcamp offering in India and looking for a rockstar operations associate to oversee the seamless execution of our bootcamp programs. This role will be accountable for high-quality program execution, learner experience, and community management. This is a high visibility role, where you will work cross functionally – with our instructor, product, and marketing team – to ensure program success. Your responsibilities include:

- Instructor support: Program manage instructor deliverables and serve as the dedicated POC. Provide feedback student concerns and problem areas. Help relay instructor feedback to product and marketing teams- Live session support: Coordinate session setup, monitor live sessions to ensure high quality learning experience, and manage any crisis situations- Community management: Be the voice of Codecademy for students by handling regular communications about schedules, resources, and recordings. Answer all queries in a timely manner- Outcome and process management : Ensure completion of surveys, relay all relevant student feedback, and track student satisfaction metrics. Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement via automation, process optimization, etc

What do you need ?

We’re looking for an early career generalist with a knack for problem solving, stakeholder coordination, and project management (and a passion for helping others learn).

Here’s what we’re expecting :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer facing operations, program management, or community management roles – across startups, leading technology firms, or FMCG companiesFamiliarity with online learning platforms (e.g. Zoom), collaboration software, and program management tools- Strong drive to work in unstructured and fast-paced environments- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Evidence of ownership mindset- Openness to flexible work hours – supporting weekend or late night sessions
