Who we are?
LiquiLoans (LL) is an RBI registered NBFC. The LL platform provides consumer loans and has established a strong value proposition in the digital lending space. It is a well-capitalized NBFC with a vision to build an easy to use financial platform serving millions of customers in India.
The company is founded by entrepreneurs who have previously co-founded a successful rental platform "RentoMojo''. LiquiLoans is funded by Matrix Partners & CRED, which has invested in some of the marquee companies like OlaCabs, Practo, Quikr and Cloud Nine, Marquee Angel Investors.
Our goal is to allow borrowers to get loans at interest rates cheaper than a bank and enable every lender to give loans to creditworthy individuals in a safe and legal manner. We intend to build a dynamic, completely tech-enabled, loan exchange platform where individuals can lend money to other individuals within minutes.

What you'll do?
This key role will report to the CEO and have high visibility at senior levels of the company including business heads. The executive assistant will work directly with C-Level executives and be responsible for performing several administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast paced corporate environment.
- Help the CEO be as effective as possible in their roles.
- Prepare strategic & Business Analysis on investor meeting reports and policies.
- Be the administrative point person for outside industry professionals, business partners, and investors.
- Ensure the CEO has the necessary information to be able to efficiently manage their meetings.
- Work closely with other members of the executive team on a variety of ad-hoc projects, such as cross functional projects or industry events
- Through use of strong project management and organizational skills, ensure successful follow through on a wide variety of projects
- Be the much-appreciated, go-to person that helps the business run smoothly.
- Prepare monthly reports, identify, and resolve all discrepancies.
- Proactively and frequently check in with managers.
- Screen communications as needed reading, researching, collecting, prioritizing, and routing correspondence and information with proper level of professionalism.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality regarding all aspects of client and company information.
- Adhere to company policy while best needing the needs of executives supported.
Who You Need To Be?
- 3- 6 years Executive Administrative experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Management (Fintech) industries.
- Any Graduate or MBA/CA with Finance from a reputed college.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively; demonstrates sense of urgency.
- High degree of professionalism and reacts well under pressure.
