About KidologyHappy Cheeks Private Limited is a growing D2C brand focused on delivering innovative and high-quality children's toys under the label Kidology. As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance and accuracy across all accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliationsHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliancesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMaintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books)Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for payment tracking and resolutionAssist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reportsMaintain documentation for audits and liaise with auditors as neededSupport inventory and cost accounting related to e-commerce, retail, and logisticsReconcile e-commerce platform payouts (Amazon, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in a D2C or e-commerce setup)Proficiency in Tally/MS ExcelKnowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulationsStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to handle confidential information with integrity
