In addition, the (BDE) will also drive new sales by targeting prospective GT customers. This position requires an individual with strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated track record of driving growth by selling a complex business-to-business software solution. This role is a mix of account management and new logo prospecting.Identify potential business opportunities at prospective new accountsMaintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities within existing accountsYou shall be working on the deal throughout the sales stages, right from discovery to closureAttend industry tradeshows and GT customer events to generate leadsDrive outbound sales efforts through prospecting into new departments/divisions/locations of existing customers as well as new customers, via email, phone, social media, and networking to identify and create new business opportunitiesTravel 30-50% mostly within India and occasional international travel What You Will BringMaster’s degree in engineering with a desired GPA of 8 out of 10Experience with GT-SUITE, or other system simulation CAE tools like Amesim, Dymola, Matlab or similar products4-7 years’ experience in Business-to-Business Sales, preferably selling a complex software solution to a Technical BuyerExperience as a “Sales Engineer” is desirable, someone who has worked in a supporting role for a sales team, can conduct product demonstrations or lead technical discussionsSuccessful experience as a quota carrying sales representative selling simulation software (CAE) at enterprise levelOutgoing personality with a desire to build long term relationships with customersExperience with SalesForce CRM, Microsoft OfficeTrack record of achievement and consistent attainment/over the attainment of their sales quotaDesire to grow professionally and take on additional responsibility/roles as it is earnedSelf-Motivated individual who acts with urgencyWhat we Can Offer You Dynamic and highly talented team of expertsThe opportunity to bring in your own ideas, implement them and make them accessible to a large customer baseThe opportunity to build a professional network in various branches of industryThis position is based in the NCR region (Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon) and may be performed remotely or in a hybrid model from our Pune officeAn attractive salary and additional company benefitsWe're an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace for all.
