📢 Hiring: Senior Nutanix & VMware Administrator – Mumbai (6+ Years Experience)| Immediate joiners Location: Mumbai, India (On-site) Experience: 6–10 years Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Nutanix & VMware Administrator to manage and optimize our virtualized datacenter infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Nutanix HCI, VMware vSphere, AHV/ESXi, storage technologies, and enterprise virtualization best practices.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Nutanix clusters, including AOS upgrades, CVM maintenance, node management, storage configuration, failover testing, and performance tuning.Manage the VMware vSphere environment (vCenter, ESXi hosts, DRS/HA clusters, vMotion, storage management).Perform routine VM provisioning, configuration, optimization, and lifecycle operations.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, and virtualization layers.Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans using Nutanix Protection Domains, snapshots, replication, or third-party backup tools (Veeam, HYCU, Commvault).Implement and maintain security best practices, access controls, logging, and compliance for Nutanix & VMware environments.Assist with capacity planning, resource optimization, and scalability planning.Generate documentation, SOPs, reports, and mentor junior engineers.Engage with OEM/support vendors for L3 escalations, patching, and problem resolution.
