Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance practices, including disclosure requirements and transparency.4. Shareholder Relations: Handle shareholder queries, grievances, and communications.5. Regulatory Filings: File statutory returns, annual reports, and other documents with regulatory authorities.6. Compliance Reports: Submit compliance reports to the Board of Directors and regulatory authorities.7. Advisory Role: Provide advice to the Board of Directors on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.Essential Qualifications1. Professional Qualification: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or equivalent.2. Experience: Relevant experience in a company secretarial role, preferably in a public limited company.3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance practices.Key Skills1.
