India is a major operational hub, with as its U.S. headquarters.Job Title : Validation engineer Key Skills : Validation Job Locations : BangaloreExperience : 5+ Years.Education Qualification : Any Graduation.Work Mode : Hybrid.Employment Type : Contract.Notice Period : ImmediateJob Description:KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIESDesign:Prioritizes the design of the PEPF processes (including resource allocation) based on the agreed compliance requirements, business requirements and the underpinning IT.Designs the PEPF processes (L3 – L7) and ensures alignment with the underpinning IT applications incl. relevant process performance metrics & KPI’s and compliance requirements and controls.Build:Works closely with the IT BAs, Scrum Masters and SME’s to ensure the design is accurately reflected in the IT solutions.Participates as a key player in the software validation process for those PEPFs that include automation of quality system related processes.Develops testing scenarios as part of UAT and validation (as appropriate) to ensure the system (process/tool/training) can be executed by a representative user without needing extraordinary measures to accomplish the task. Define/Design:(I) % PEPF process design completeness (in ARIS down to Level 7) - Build:(I) % PEPF Processes approved/ accepted during IT applications testing phase securing business readiness Specific attention should be given to these areas: Key Leadership skills:Exceptional communication and influencing skillsBusiness-customer oriented,stakeholder Management Key Business Skills:
