Role Overview:

95 FM Tadka is looking for energetic, engaging, and dynamic Radio Jockeys (RJs) who can be the voice and personality of the station for their respective cities. As an RJ, you will be responsible for hosting daily on-air shows, connecting with the audience, curating relevant and engaging content, and ensuring the show's tone reflects the flavour, culture, and mood of the city.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Air Presentation

• Host live and recorded shows, daily segments, and special features.
• Build an engaging on-air personality that listeners relate to and follow.
• Maintain a distinctive, consistent tone aligned with 95 FM Tadka's youth-driven and witty brand.

Content Curation & Scripting

• Plan and develop show content: city news, trending topics, caller interactions, music playlists, and brand promos.
• Prepare script segments, trivia, contests, and interactions that are locally flavored.
• Adapt content for festivals, events, and city-specific happenings.

Audience Engagement

• Interact live with listeners through calls, messages, and social media platforms.
• Build and nurture a loyal listener base by becoming a trusted and friendly voice.
• Conduct listener-based contests, Q&As, and community-driven topics.

Station Collaboration

• Coordinate with programming, marketing, and sales teams for client integrations, event promotions, and branded content.
• Voice-overs for commercials, station IDs, and promotional campaigns.
• Actively participate in on-ground events, social campaigns, and city activations.

Digital Integration

• Create RJ-led digital content (videos, reels, memes, vlogs) in collaboration with the digital team.
• Build your presence across social media platforms to enhance the station's digital identity.
• Collaborate on cross-platform campaigns (radio + social media).

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent command of Hindi, and regional dialect proficiency is a big plus.
• A voice that's distinctive, expressive, warm, and adaptable.
• Great sense of humor, spontaneity, and conversational ease.
• Deep understanding of youth culture, local trends, and current affairs.
• Strong storytelling and improvisational skills.
• Energetic, creative, and self-motivated.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Performing Arts, or any discipline with a creative bent.
• Prior RJ experience preferred (1–4 years), but raw talent with potential may be considered for grooming.
• Should belong to or have familiarity with the local culture and language of the respective city (Kota, Solapur, Raipur, or Jhansi).
