Our services encompass advisory, agronomy, forecasting, and support at both agri-input and agri-output levels.About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Lead with 3–5 years of experience to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will lead QA efforts, define testing strategies, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with development and product teams.Role DescriptionAutomation is the key for this role - develop fully automated test cases for both mobile and web applicationsDevelop stress tests for various simulation scenarios to test for millions of usersLead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies for web, mobile, and backend applications.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.Mentor junior QA engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing.Track, report, and manage defects using defect management tools.Establish and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices.Participate in release planning, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of defects.Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automation testing. Preference is given to more knowledge of automation.Strong experience in performing automated stress testsStrong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).Proficient in writing SQL queries and performing backend testing.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead and guide a small QA team.Preferred SkillsExperience with load & performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).Familiarity with UI/UX best practices to ensure quality user experience & performance.Exposure to cloud environments and DevOps practices. #Onsite #Hyderabad📧 Send your resume to hr@kisanwala.com
