With deep domain knowledge of the aviation ecosystem, we offer end-to-end ground handling services such as passenger and baggage handling, ramp handling, aircraft interior cleaning, load control and flight operations, and cargo handling services for general, perishable, transshipment, express courier and special cargo.Manager – Human Resources (HRBP)Location: DELHI JOB PURPOSE The Manager – HR Operations (HRBP) supports airport operational teams by executing HR strategies, managing core HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and aviation standards. This role bridges HR and business operations to drive employee engagement, performance, and operational efficiencyKEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic HR Business PartneringCollaborate with business leaders to understand operational priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.Support change management and cultural transformation programs.2. Talent Acquisition & OnboardingOversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and positive employee experience.3. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to policies.Design and implement engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) across all levels.4. Performance & DevelopmentFacilitate performance management cycles, ensuring quality feedback and development planning.Coach managers on effective people leadership and conflict resolution.Identify training needs and coordinate learning interventions for skill enhancement.5. HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure accurate execution of HR processes including payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits administration.Maintain compliance with labor laws, airport regulations, and internal policies.Drive process improvements and digital HR initiatives for operational efficiency.6. Data Analytics & ReportingMonitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement scores.Provide insights through trend analysis and predictive analytics to support decision-making.Prepare reports for leadership reviews and audits.7. Employee Experience & RetentionDevelop strategies to improve retention and career progression for operational staff.Implement well-being programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6–8 years in Human Resources, with exposure to multiple HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Operations).At least 3 years in an HR Business Partnering role, preferably in a multi-location or large-scale operational environment.Familiarity with HRIS systems and labor law compliance.PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Attention to detail and process orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
