Exploring the role
Senior Product Marketing is accountable for drive the strategy, through development and launch, to adoption and continuous improvement. For a dashboarding product, this means they not only understand what to build but also why it matters to users who rely on data visualization and analytics for decision-making. Drive product growth by enhancing user engagement, usability, and stickiness, while leveraging commercial data insights to inform product direction and maximize business impact.
Job Description
1. Drive Product Growth and Engagement - Increase active user engagement by [X]% by identifying and implementing feature enhancements based on usage data and customer feedback.
- Launch and optimize ease-of-use improvements that result in measurable increases in product stickiness (e.G., session time, feature adoption).
2. Unlock Commercial Insights Through Data - Ability to understand data dashboards to derive actionable product and commercial insights
3. Cross-Functional Leadership and Communication - Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive product initiatives to market.
- Present clear and concise product roadmaps and outcomes to stakeholders, backed by data and customer insights.

- Data Fluency: Comfortable using tools like Tableau or Power BI as a power user;

constantly seeks to improve the experience in ways that translate into business value. - Execution Excellence: Skilled in prioritization, managing trade-offs, and delivering high-impact features on time.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Adept at working across teams to align goals, share insights, and execute product strategy.
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy platforms.
- Demonstrated experience improving product usage and engagement metrics.
- Strong hands-on experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to extract and act on insights.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle best practices.
