Oracle EPM ARCS Implementation Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM ARCS Implementation Specialist with minimum 7-10 years of experience to join our EPM team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM ARCS to meet the organization's financial reconciliation requirements.

- Business Process Analysis : Analyze current financial reconciliation processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Solution Design : Design and develop solutions that optimize the use of Oracle EPM ARCS and enhance financial reporting accuracy.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Oracle EPM ARCS system.

- Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM ARCS features and industry best practices to continuously improve the system.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle EPM ARCS or similar financial reconciliation systems.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle EPM ARCS configuration, scripting, and data integration.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Project Management : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Team Player : Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
