Join ACG Sports as Lead, Finance and take charge of end-to-end financial management, statutory audits, and strategic reporting in a dynamic sports environment. We're looking for a CA with 3-4 years' experience ready to make an impact

Role & responsibilities :

  • Prepare/write the books of accounts in Tally
  • Lead and complete the statutory audit for ACG Sports
  • Provide regular MIS on ACG Sports P&L / B/S and other relevant metrics/KPI
  • Coordinate and ensure tax compliance with the Corporate Finance tax teams
  • Coordinate and with work with Corporate Treasury for fund raising
  • Support secretarial compliance with the Corporate L&S team
  • Lead and complete the annual budgeting exercise for ACG Sports .

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years post CA and should be handling a sports company independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record in MS office, MIS, Tally.
  • Key expertise statutory audit, MIS reporting, tax compliance, treasury coordination, and budgeting, preferably with exposure to end-to-end finance management in a corporate (sports) setup
