Position: Accounts & Compliance Executive

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1–3 years (prior experience with a CA firm will be an added advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries, ledger postings, and finalization of Balance Sheets.
  • Prepare and review GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and reconcile GST data.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of TDS returns and Income Tax returns.
  • Assist in ROC compliance (AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, and other statutory filings).
  • Handle PF and ESIC compliance, including challan generation and record maintenance.
  • Support audits (statutory, tax, internal) and help respond to departmental notices.
  • Maintain organized records of accounting and compliance documents.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts, GST, TDS, ROC, and compliance-related work.
  • Experience working in a CA firm will be a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
