The Role

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, presentations, and variation orders.
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
  • Submit and administer contract data requirements in SAP.
  • Prepare and seek approval for orders in SAP for all contract-related items.
  • Organize and maintain a secure filing system for all contract data.
  • Provide administrative support during tendering, including:
  • Communicating with vendors and evaluation teams.
  • Collating commercial and other proposal-related information.
  • Indexing documentation during tender clarifications.
  • Coordinate site visits and clarification meetings between end-users and bidders.
  • Work closely with the Tender Committee Secretary for assigned contracts.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
