We’re Hiring: Advocates (7 Years PQE) | Delhi

ALA Legal Advocates is seeking experienced Advocates to join our litigation team in Delhi


Requirements:

*Extensive experience in Commercial & Civil Suits (minimum 20 suits)

*Apply only if you have been part of entire process in at least 5 suits (filing till final decree)

*Regular appearance before District Courts and High Court in Commercial & Civil matters

*Able to independently handle all procedures including filing procedures and execution

*Good Knowledge and hands-on experience of procedural laws (CPC, Evidence, Court fee, Suit Valuation and Commercial Courts Act)

*Good knowledge of Contract Act, Sale of Goods Actand Specific Relief Act

*Preference for candidates with Criminal Law experience in addition to Civil/Commercial matters

*Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills

*7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) (experience and knowledge are more important than years)
